As you know at BLXNetworking.com we are always working to make sure that you get the best possible networking and value for your time and investment.

Our First Addition To The Meeting Is: We will be having a mastermind group at the end of every meeting when time allows. Attendees can come with their most burning business questions and get them answered by all of the success business people in the room. We have started this at the South Hills/ Mount Lebanon meeting last month, and it is working out really well. People are loving the extra benefit of the meeting.

Our Second Addition To The Meeting Is: We will be pulling a ticket from the 50/50 raffle and the winner will get advertising for the month from all of the people at the meeting that month and everyone in the Pittsburgh area BLX Networking organization. ( This will be done on everyone’s social sites and anywhere else they can share.) This will be fun and great exposure for each winner as well as for the people advertising them.

Trent Griffith – Talk’n Tables – The winner from the RIDC meeting!

Let Our Tables Do Your Talk’n

www.talkntables.com

Talk’n Tables™…Tabletop Advertising at its Best

Talk’n Tables™has a unique way of connecting local businesses with local restaurants throughout the United States while increasing business for both. This is achieved by focusing on an effective alternative to routine product advertising.

Quite often when the Talk’n Tables™ marketing concept is seen,

the first words spoken are:

“WOW!… WHAT A GREAT IDEA….WHY DIDN’T I THINK OF THIS”!!!

Talk’n Tables™ utilizes the most common visual part of any restaurant

THE TABLE TOPS

Talk’n Tables™ replaces the existing tabletops with solid oak, custom designed, one-of-a-kind table tops that complement any restaurant décor.

Working with the owner and/or decorator of the restaurant, we offer a multitude of custom variations -background color, pictures, logos, etc. – to ensure that the table tops reflects the desired décor.

In addition, the polyurethane-covered solid oak table tops will have space available for local businesses to advertise. These ads are digital, full color, computer generated and are permanently laminated into the tables.

Homes for Heroes®

Great news for all,

George PayneI recently became a Lender affiliate with a national program called Homes for Heroes®

Homes for Heroes® is an organization that was formed after the tragic events of 09/11 as a way to say “Thank You” to the heroes of our nation.  It is an organization that gives back to our local heroes who include, but are not limited to: Military personnel, Police/Peace Officers, Firefighters, First Responders Teachers, and Health Care Workers.  This program allows me to give back to our local community heroes by giving them discounts and rebates when they buy or sell with an affiliated Homes for Heroes Realtor and lender.  We also have other professional affiliates that are willing to give back to our local heroes creating a well rounded savings  package for our community heroes that continues to give back to them even after they close.

These include, but are not limited to insurance companies, home inspectors, pest inspectors, title companies, stagers, contractors and other local businesses.

Why am I telling you this?  Because Homes for Heroes® is available to our local heroes anywhere in the United States and you may be a hero or know of a hero that would benefit from this program.  This program does not stop at giving back when our heroes utilize our services.  We also offer the Homes for Heroes Foundation®.  The Homes for Heroes Foundation® is a public charity exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Its mission is to provide or coordinate financial assistance and housing resources to our Nation’s Heroes such Military personnel, Police/Peace Officers, Firefighters, First Responders and Health Care Workers who demonstrate neediness.

For more information about Homes for Heroes® or the Foundation, please log onto www.HOMESFORHEROES.com   This is where you or a loved one who is active or retired can register for more information.   Contact me by phone or email for more information.

Thank you for your time!

Sincerely,
George Payne.. Senior Loan Consultant
