 Adopt a Soldier’s Girl Scout Cookies

It is Girl Scout Cookie Time!  Each year the Girl Scouts drop off thousands of cases of cookies for the troops.  In order for us to ship the cookies it costs $12.50 a case.  You can help the troops enjoy the cookies by adopt their case of cookies.  Cookies start to arrive in February and the last case ships in May.  All donations can be mailed to our address

2nd Bi-Annual Purple Pin-Up Party

2nd Bi-Annual Purple Pin-Up Party – a benefit to raise awareness for HPV & cervical cancer.

Will be held at The Greybox Theatre in Lawrenceville. Entertainment for the night is hosted by DJ Cha-Che of First Class Entertainment, musical performance by Pittsburgh owns Full Time Divas – Debra Humphrey & Krista Kaley, Latin ballroom performance by local dancers Ryan Mitchell & his partner Samara McCullough.

Guest Speaker, Dr. Robert Edwards; professor and vice-chair of clinical affairs in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Pittsburgh, Magee-Womens Hospital and a special Cervical Cancer Survivor.

Their will be on-site exhibitors showcasing in our Ginger Roger Showroom including Silpada Jewelry, Personal Accents, Massage Envy and more. Local organizations will also be presented National Cervical Cancer Coalition – Pennsylvania Chapter and Pittsburgh Young Professionals.

Food provided by local Pittsburgh restaurants. Video of the nights events will be done by Cut N’ Run Productions and photographer Mark Milar will be taking pictures throughout the night.

Proceeds from the nights events will go to Magee-Womens Research Institute & Foundation for cervical cancer research.

Come and join us for a night of fun and help us raise the awareness in the month of January for a cancer below the waist!

“12 PUBS OF CHRISTMAS” PUB CRAWL

 DUE TO UNFORSEEN WEATHER CONDITION’S WE CANCELLED THE PUB CRAWL FOR DECEMBER 19TH. IT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 9TH 2010.

Run 2 Inspire is an organization raising awareness for HPV & cervical cancer.  We are hosting our 1st Annual Pub Crawl to help us raise funds and awareness for this devastating disease.

Grab your holiday sweater and join us as we crawl around Pittsburgh Southside, spreading cheer and raising awareness for cervical cancer!

Each crawler will receive a t-shirt and wristband, drink specials at all 12 Pubs and entry into our Pub Crawler Challenge. There will be also food provided at the 6th and 12th bar. Prizes will be given to the winning teams (1st, 2nd, & 3rd place).
